Examples of some issues you might encounter are employees having problems punching in/out, clock not booting up properly, software not communicating to the clock, display showing strange characters or blank screen, etc. In addition to repair service we can also supply parts such as the following: Ethernet Adapter, Modem Card, Platen, Top Panel, LCD, Keypad, Power Supply, Wall Mount Bracket, Backplate, keys, Outdoor Enclosure (with or without heater), Table Mount, internal battery backup, lithium battery. HandPunch Enrollment Instructions
- Press Clear then Enter
- Enter Supervisor Pin #
- Place Hand
- When it says Enter Password - Press 4 then Enter
- Press Enter to Add Employee
- Enter Employee Pin #
- Employee Places Hand Three Times
Configure IP Address
- Press Clear then Enter
- Enter Supervisor Pin #
- Place Hand
- When it says Enter Password - Press 2 then Enter
- Press No until it says "Set Serial". When it says "Set Serial" press Yes.
- Enter IP Address
- Enter Default Gateway
- Enter Host Bits (This is the subnet mask). For example, a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 would be 8 host bits
- Baud Rate 9600 press Yes
- Then press Clear to take you back to the main screen
